Collection: MK Ultra Collection
Dive into the shadowy depths of history with our MK Ultra collection, inspired by one of the most infamous conspiracy-laden experiments of the 20th century.
A Brief History of MK Ultra
Project MK Ultra was a covert CIA program launched in 1953, aimed at developing mind-control techniques during the Cold War. Fueled by fears of Soviet brainwashing, the CIA conducted unethical experiments on unwitting subjects, using LSD, electroshock therapy, hypnosis, and sensory deprivation to manipulate behavior and extract confessions. Running until 1973, the program caused significant psychological harm to many, with operations often carried out at institutions like the Allan Memorial Institute in Montreal. Exposed in 1975 by the Church Committee hearings, MK Ultra remains a chilling reminder of unchecked power and the lengths governments might go to control the human mind.
